Gift subscription Form

To give a one-year gift subscription of Environment Hawai`i, please fill out the following forms and pay online using our PayPal link. If you would rather pay by mail or telephone, please scroll to the bottom of the page. The recipient will receive a notice attached to the first issue with the giver's name.

Step 1. Please fill out this form with the address you wish the subscription to be sent, and your own address, and press the submit button. We ask for your e-mail address or a telephone number in case there is a problem with your order. Your information will not be shared.
